Swansea & Old Brayton

Arizona is full of places of interest, and ghost towns are among our favorites. George & Don found 2 good candidates; Old Brayton Ghost Town and then Swansea.
Well, as you can see Old Brayton is quite interesting if not exactly what we expected.
Swansea however was great. We only managed to see about a third of it before we had to leave.
Swansea was an old mining town established in 1909 by the Clara Consolidated Gold & Copper Mining Company. It was active until 1924 when the mine closed. It's named for Swansea, Wales.

We put our money in the jar and walked around. The "museum" was closed
